Memories of Texas:
Stuffed jalapeños!
This one is surprisingly tasty (but probably not too healthy).
Prep: Cut open the jalapenos in half, and remove the seeds. All the seeds, or that shit is gonna be damn hot.
Ingredients:
green jalapeños
cheese (your preference, I prefer mozzarella)
thinly sliced bacon
Cooking:
Fill the jalepeno with your cheese and wrap in the bacon. I’m told thin bacon works best if you get the thinnest stuff you can find. Anyway, wrap them up tight and run them through with a toothpick. Take them to the grill and let them cook. They’re best served with crackers. Tasty tasty tasty.

Bit Behind
Of course, this is what always happens when I get a blog. Life gets in the way.
I'll have some new recipes up soon, folks. I just received a tiny cookbook entitled "Weekends are Entertaining" and several of the recipes look great. I'm pretty excited to look into it.
In the meanwhile, new blogs include Pancakes and Texas Jalapeno Poppers.
